Strenua Ltd ("Strenua", "we") runs this website and manages a network of freelance football match analysts in Scotland. We are responsible for the personal details you give us here. If you have any question about your details, email Warren Hawke at warren@strenua.net.
If you use the "Become a football analyst" form, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the town you live in, the clubs near you, and anything you tell us about yourself and football.
If you email or phone us, we keep that correspondence.
Only to consider you for freelance analyst work and to contact you about it, for example when your area needs cover. We do this because you asked us to, by sending the form (in data protection terms, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in finding analysts).
We do not use your details for marketing, and we never sell or share them with anyone outside Strenua.
Your details are stored in the system we use to manage our analysts, hosted in the UK and EU, and in Warren's email inbox. Only Strenua can see them.
If you become an analyst, we keep your details for as long as you work with us. If you do not, we delete them 12 months after you applied, or sooner if you ask.
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected, or have them deleted, at any time. Email warren@strenua.net and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have used your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google to fetch them.
